Terms & Conditions
- Minimum blocking amount shall be Rs.50,000/-
- Blocking will be valid for 15 days from the date of receipt of payment.
- Mere blocking of unit does not create any right over the unit, unless 10% of the total cost of Unit is paid as booking advance within 15 days and Booking Confirmation sheet is issued.
- If booking advance is not paid within the time for any reason the blocked unit will be released without further notice and company can allot the same unit to any other buyer.
- The blocking amount will be refunded within 15 days from the release date.
